Have you done your strand test this month?

It is much easier to find out why your hair is breaking than guessing and buying a bunch of products you don't need.

The point of a strand test is that hair breakage is normally caused by two things.

1) The lack of moisture in hair
2) Damage to the protein of the hair.
You need to also know the porosity of your hair because it can affect how a product works in your hair.

You may have to do a bit more for your hair to absorb if your hair is porous, or buy a product designed for porous hair. You may also have to let go of things that can cause you porosity issues like:

- coloring hair too much
- double processing (coloring AND relaxing at the same time)
- excessive heat styling

Once you know what the problem is then you know how to fix it.
Let me repeat that!
Once you know WHAT the problem is then you know HOW to fix it.
Lack of moisture = need water.
Damaged protein = need protein treatments/products
Poor porosity = porosity based products/give hair a rest from chemical treatments or colors
