Cool videos on a home remedy for white teeth. Be careful and don't over do it (only once a week is recommended until teeth are white with the baking soda one). You know what they say about too much of a good thing. P.S on the vinegar please mix it at least 50/50 with water otherwise it could be too strong.
One of the most common home remedy to whiten teeth is to use baking soda. This is also known as one of the main ingredients found on most toothpaste. Mix a small amount of baking soda with water and form it into a paste. Brush it onto your teeth. Wait a few minutes and brush normally with toothpaste.

Using apple cider vinegar is another good method for whitening teeth, as well as baking soda, which Gary mentioned in his comment. I just want to add hydrogen peroxide, which is another effective teeth whitening agent. This is usually recommended by most dentists because it is the safest option. You can mix it with water and gargle it for about one or two minutes, after which you spit it out. It’s a very effective solution.

ReplyDeleteWhat a helpful post this is! Not everyone can afford laser teeth whitening, so this mix can be a good alternative. But for best and more permanent results, it’s still good to go to your trusted dentist for a quality teeth whitening procedure.

I agree with you that it would be good to not over do DIY teeth whitening solution. Not all of them can suit every dental patient’s condition, as some have chemicals that can harm the teeth and the mouth. And if you have sensitive teeth, it would be best to consult first to an expert before using any products.
